Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons lemon zest
  • 2 cloves smashed garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
